Batch generation
One QR code per line (link or text), up to 200 codes at once: the style chosen above is applied to all of them, then everything downloads as a single ZIP file. As always, generation happens in your browser — your list is never sent anywhere. (Frames are not applied in batch.)
Up to 200 codes per batch — free, like everything else.
One-tap contact
The scan opens the mail app with recipient, subject and body already filled in: all that's left is send.
No manual typing
Your address is encoded in the code: no more retyping or guessing its spelling.
Static, free code
Like all our codes: generated locally, no account, and it works forever.
How to create your email QR code
1.
Fill in your message
Recipient, subject and body. Even left blank, the code works: the email will open with your address alone.
2.
Customize
Colors, logo, frame: a code that matches your brand gets scanned more.
3.
Share it
PNG for the web and signatures, SVG or PDF for print: cards, packaging, posters.
Email QR code FAQ
Which app does the scan open?
The phone's default one. On iPhone it's the Mail app; on Android the default mail app. The recipient can always change it.
Can I pre-fill the subject and body?
Yes. Subject and body are encoded in the code: the visitor finds them ready to use and can edit them before sending.
Is there a message length limit?
In practice, a few hundred characters. Beyond that the code gets dense: prefer a link to a form or contact page.
Does the code expire?
Never. The address and message are encoded directly into the pattern: the printed code will work as long as your email address exists.
