What does the scan open exactly?
A Google Maps search for your address. The phone shows the map and offers “Directions”: the visitor just picks their mode of transport.
Is my exact address visible?
Yes, that's the point. If you'd rather keep it discreet, use a Link-type QR code to a contact page instead.
Can I target a precise point (entrance, parking)?
Enter the most precise address you can (number, building). For a very precise point, a Google Maps link shared from your app also works.
Does it work for places without a street address?
Yes: a place name known to Google Maps (beach, park, estate, business) is enough for the search to succeed.
